The Cape Cod National Seashore is home to a number of swamps within its un-fenced borders - from the Red Maple Swamp in Eastham, to the White Cedar Swamp in Wellfleet, to others further north in Truro and Provincetown. Always beautiful, the swamps turn especially gorgeous when nature paints the trees and grasses with the brilliant hues of a dying summer.
